WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
 
• Representing the insight brand throughout the organization, building its presence and value and the importance of being customer led to deliver the strategy in the Slovak market.
• Being passionate and inspiring about research and how it can be used to solve problems, predict behavours, explore and prioritize customer needs, understand performance, develop and review both concepts and propositions on the Slovak market
• Understanding the breadth of research methods, generating compelling briefs, critiquing proposals and contributing to a strong and well-defined research agency roster equipped to manage our research jobs to do all form part of that best practice
• Leading customer research effectively to deliver our insight purpose and meet the stakeholder goals in my area through effective briefs and outstanding stakeholder and agency management. Manage researchers directly in the SK team or through wider agency partnerships. Owning and driving the Research agenda for SK consulting with CE team
• Demonstrating and advocating learning and best practice across our Insight team in areas of insight generation, storytelling, democratizing insight and stakeholder management
• Strong data approach to connect customers view with internal and external market data, be able to define answers related to market data including macroeconomy indicators.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, knowing their motivations, measures of success, processes and decision points and flexing to the needs of that group whilst maintaining a rigorous focus on customers to deliver outstanding joined up insight to deadline with a clear point of view and commercially considered recommendations.
